Since this unit is not meant as a primary heat source, use the supplemental heating mode when outdoor temperatures range from 23 to 76 degrees Fahrenheit. A built-in thermostat accurately senses the room temperature, displays it on the included remote’s LCD screen and communicates with the AC unit every three minutes to enable precise cooling. The energy saver mode, sleep mode and programmable 24-hour timer help lower electricity costs. To ensure optimal performance, it offers a Check Filter alert to remind you to clean the mesh filter.
